Paul Cobben will highlight the current 5G manufacturing use cases KPN is working on, together with manufacturing sector partners. This will include the first 5G indoor implementation with picking AGV’s in a highly automated warehouse. Also, human machine interaction is shown by combining with 5G, AR and low-code machine platforms.
Cobben will conclude telling about the advanced technical setup KPN has realized in the 5G fieldlab for discrete manufacturing at the Brainport Industries Campus in Eindhoven and the next large use case that will focus on (computer/machine) vision combined with 5G, edge computing, autonomous robots and advanced sensors and algorithms.
